I was regret I didnβt ask the consultant cost before that. Because I brought my gf to another women specialist and it was about RM80, but this clinic charge more than RM200 (not include medicine) for same illness.

β β β β β I love the doc straight to the point and thats all i need. Price wise yea its kinda ex but i dont mind as i been paying to see other many doctors and wasting time yet i still facing the same issues. I def- will come back to the same gynae. β€β€β€

β β β β β Came as referral from friend, i when to my checkup today for second time followup ...2time experience also feel gd n comfortable, Doctor Loh is very clear at what he's doing, he does things fast and speaks quickly, but didn't give me the feeling of that his checkup is not detail. What I find helpful is his share n explain during a scan , showing me what's happening on the spot. Dr loh has been very patient with me and answered all my questions. The front desk nurse is very friendly too..tq for the team

β β β β β Avoid this clinic. The doctor over charged and prescribed unnecessary medicines and supplements.
Every time i visited this clinic for the same treatment, the doctor charged me a different consultation fee. my first consultation fee is RM150. For the second consulation, he charged RM200. My first visit cost about Rm300. My second visit cost Rm400+ with less supplements.
The malay lady front desk staff is nice but very unprofessional. She revealed health conditions of other patients at the front desk while they were other patients sitting in the clinic. This is unacceptable.

β β β β β I wish I read the reviews here before I visited this clinic today, because what a lot of them say are spot on.
1) EXPENSIVE. He charged me RM400 for consultation fee, ultrasound scan, and some medicine. Now, I fully believe in paying a person his dues, but RM400 felt like a lot of money.
2) RUDE. My industry has been badly hit by Covid-19, so I asked for a discount. Was all that medicine necessary, I asked. Just give me the really necessary ones. To which the doctor replied, "Since you're the doctor, why not you decide." This is unprofessional and rude. We are adults, so let's talk like adults. If he thinks that every single medicine is crucial, say so like an adult. There is no need to hurl innuendos. To be fair, he grudgingly gave me a RM50 discount in the end.
3) LACK OF E-PAYMENT PLATFORMS. Cash only. No credit card. No e-wallet. None. I asked the doctor if I could have his bank account number to transfer the money to him, and his answer was a big fat no (see point number 2).
Needless to say, I will most probably not be going back there.

please bring cash with you, if not doc won't MEET you. Bring cash more that RM 350 for consultation only. only cash ah, card all he not accept. very very expensive clinic. I WILL NOT GO TO THE CLINIC ANYMORE AND WONT RECOMMEND AS WELL!!!

β β β β β Actually i visited this doctor for few times, not az bad as the review. But what shocked me was the receptionist pick up the call this morning, i was checking whether the doc is helping patient delivery in Thomson hospital and want to know the price range, i got frustructed reply from her: "this all depend on that hospital charges and you just go la!" Omg this is the worst ever reply, no fault you dont know and you can check with the doctor, it sound like i am asking the stupid question?! Ruin my day!

Unprofessional-Ultrasound and eye checked said my wife kena HPV, did not provide any lab result. Asked what is HPV ask us back to google! (if all can know from google why i need u?!)
Rude doctor-until my wife screaming with pain!
Pricey-expensive without any proving of report, price abv Rm400
Lack of payment method-Only cash acceptable (nowadays who going to bring lots cash keluar)
Truly said 1st and the last!
We going to the clinic at KL, doctor said my wife all with negative and just go back for normal checkup also provided lab report within 5 days it just paid Rm360
