★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very comfortable place. Affordable too. 6 stars for the polite and friendly staff! The room was very clean. Enough points to charge 3 handphones. Tv channels quite limited but loved the cctv channel...could monitor my car which was parked outside. Simple breakfast of toast, fried noodles and nasi lemak but still loved them. Must praise the staff for their excellent courtesy. Keep it up!

Previously stayed for long term in 2016, still maintains the good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recommended! Extra pillows are given even though you're not requesting them. The room is clean with basic amenities. The surrounding is quite and calm with decent public parking spaces. Staffs are polite and helpful. You even get newspaper in the morning...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toilet flush wasnt working well at all. Poop were not cleared when flush and water from toilet bowl over flow. Best thing, hotel staff refuse to do anything and keep claiming that it is not flushed properly, when requested for a pail, answer were no pail. Then are the customer suppose to live with poop floating in toilet bowl for three days stay?! Unfriendly and inconsiderate staff as well as staff lacks common sense says it all. Budget hotel budgets the extra services a hotel could offer, not budget common neccesities of the customer! Very poor management!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before booking here, you have to know that this is a 'smoking' hotel
meaning that clients can smoke freely, as much as they want in their room.
This leads to permanent smell, sometimes really strong, in the whole hotel. From my room, it smells as if someone is smoking directly in my room. If you are sensitive to smoke, this can be the worst place to stay.
In my case I don't smoke and I feel as if I had smoked 10 cigarettes. This is disgusting and very unhealthy.
Be careful, so that you know.
In the contrary, if you are smoker, this is your kingdom!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and clean place to sleep, i stayed 4 days and 3 night here, also get a voucher. The staff are very polite and always smile and helpful. The problem is only after 12am the lobby door is closed and need to call the hotel, should they make a device that can scan from outside only restricted to guest only. The door security lock is considered well secured.
