J	Jen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy to find parking. Check in was fast. Absolutely clean rooms and washrooms. The washroom tiles edges are clean too for those with OCD. Everything looks new. Love the lightings in room. They provide towels, hair dyer and coffee. In room intercom service is available too.

(3) Really basic hotel room, for really short stay (4) Bad hotel room layout, with bathroom door unable to open fully (5) No drinking water in the room, as the hotel provided a glass bottle (hygiene) to fill water at the dispenser. No glass nor cup in the room, so one will need to drink from the bottle. Kind of irk, as we are in RMCO period, with COVID-19 still at large (6) Bed quality is below average (7) Hotel is above Watsons and 7-11, so expect some noises at night (8) The dressing table comes with a flimsy stool (9) The lift may not be sanitised regularly, at a glance on the lift buttons (10) Air-conditioner in the room blows directly to the bed and face, so could catch cold easily (11) The cleanliness of the room - spotted hair from the previous guests in the sink, toilet, bath area (12) Operator should stay at the hotel and see for themselves what are lacking - pillows, are they good enough? The toilet, clean? Air-cond, does it work the way it should be? The bathroom room, can it open fully?

But having a very bad experience on local district counsil's (Majlis Daerah Lipis) parking ticket due to hotel did not provide parking coupon for customer! What make it worse is, it troubles me have to go and search for lipis district counsil and pay for the ticket, which totally ruined my schedule. AND WHAT WORST is, the officer said actually most of the local people KNEW the officer is going to patrol around 8:30 and yet your staff did not have the initiative to let customer know about this. I've stayed few times in U-design due to business issue. But this is by far the WORST experience ever. And I will not choose U-design Lipis anymore.

The receptionist on two different days unfriendly. Face always sour. Never greet the customer. On my first day arrival they just sit at the counter. No welcome greeting. I approached them for price. After provided ic and pay, never even say thank you. Next day chk out, another staff. Surrender the key also she never say thank you. Looks like they not happy with the job. Need training esp front office, service industry. Probably boss under paid them.
