โ โ โ โ โ IMHO, the hest hotel in Kuala Lipis. Let me start with the 1st impression of this hotel. Looks new, felt new and very warm welcome from the attentive receptionist. From the moment i called for booking and checking out, everything was fast and smooth with no hickup. Room was very clean (premier executive suite), well equipped, super king size bed, soft pillow, super comfortable matress, cold A/C unit, mini fridge, high pressure water heater and with comfy praying mat for muslim as well. Had a great time staying here for 4 days and 3 nights. Although fully booked room, never experienced slow elevator service as both units were very fast indeed.
Ample parking space with added security and near to restaurants, petrol station and bank. A perfect place if you are staying either for festive celebration or business purposes. I really reccomend this hotel ??
In conclusion my only choice if im staying in Kuala Lipis. Keep up the good work.

โ โ โ โ โ I give 5 star because it's definitely the best hotel to stay in Kuala Lipis. Friendly and helpful front desk staff, everything in the hotel looks clean and new. Ample parking space too.

โ โ โ โ โ This is a very new hotel in Kuala Lipis. Everything is new. The showers are nice, the bed is comfy.
There was a slight stain on one of the beds, but it's probably not that crazy.
The air-conditioning is per unit, not centralised like the older hotels. I wish the remote was detachable though, it's stuck on the wall near the entry door.
The staff are pretty ok. Not much to say about them.
Parking on the outside is pretty abundant but can fill up if the hotel is at max occupancy. There is like 9 spaces underground at Basement, and it was available for me, but it's only... 9. Be quick to grab these.
They have a coway filter in the lobby you can grab hot and cold water if you need.
There was a dripping sound in the toilet so I had to close the door for the toilet. Nothing too major.
10/10 would stay here if I came back to K Lipis.

โ โ โ โ โ I suppose this is the best hotel you can find in Kuala Lipis. The room are spacious, the facility is pretty much still new.
It is just unfortunate for me, my first experience staying here, I need to wait for 30 minutes to accommodate them cleaning the room. The bathroom was all wet, even the sink, the floor and the sitting bowl.. I suppose a good spray is the best quick wash. Remind me the washroom at the R&R. Even there the floor get to be mob.
Thought of making hot drink with the nescafe and creamer made available but found the cup and saucer dusty, has not been cleaned for sometime, I guess.
Despite those shortfalls, the night shift front desk boys are pretty helpful and response very fast should you need help.
I guess a 4 star facility but a 3 star mentality.

โ โ โ โ โ The environment is good, WiFi is good, clean , safe and most of the staffs are helpful. A lot of parking space are available whether covered or open spaces.
Only one weak area is their morning breakfast staff that is welcoming the hotel guests does not want to wear mask. And this is encouraging a lot of guests who are wearing masks at first then just take off the mask and walking around the restaurant even taking food at the bar without masks on. Even friendly reminder to her but she still did the same the next day. So sad that one person can spoil the whole company effort for a best hotel.

โ โ โ โ โ I needed a place to stay for just one night in Kuala Lipis and after some searching, this one is the most recommended. It delivered on the promise. It's a lot for a 2 star hotel in my opinion. The bed and pillows are top notch. Water pressure and the temperature are great. Parking areas are abundant and above all it is in a quiet area for a good, comfortable night sleep. Would definitely vouch as an ideal hotel to break a long journey if anything.
