-breakfast is nice considered the cheap price paid
cons
-check in process took so long. receptionist doesn’t know what she want to do. she ask whether we already paid or not. how come she didn’t know that? it must be in the system. and what is the need to photocopy our IC? quite a fuss here.
-i’m not sure the bedsheet is clean or not, looks quite yellow. luckily we stayed just to sleep and check out at 7am
-first enter the room, theres a bad smell coming like bau masam.
-dirty alas kaki
-iron board is too rundown pls change the board
-no toiletries pls bring your own soap and toothpaste
overall its still good to stay for a short period but maybe u might feel uncomfortable for longer stay.

Everyone need to gv ic for fotocopy when check in(1st time hearing this type of SOP)
Dirty Room wasn't clean properly
-1 used water botol left for me by cleaner
- water stain bed table from previous guest wasn't clean refer the pic
- pour mop water in tailet bowl but never flush
-half clean room were left for me to clean on behalf of cleaner even when I check in at 5pm
Bathroom Water heater not heating the water properly I hv to shower in cold water at 9pm
- dirty window with bird dropping on the outside
Just 1 receptionists for check in and check out so take alot of time for process the guest....
Don't even allowed guest to check out late
Parking space not on tar road imagine if it rains..
Overall will not book again this hotel...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room cleanliness is good and condition well maintained. Fascilities such as air cond, water heater and television are functioning well. Breakfast provided but very simple. Ours are fried koay teow and pancake. Taste acceptable. Location not far from the jetty. Nasi kandar stalls and KFC are just walking distance. Price is reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What do i like the most about this hotel.. basically i stayed here for one night only but i totally enjoyed my time here. i'll not mention about the meals because i left the hotel before i got to eat my breakfast. so.. let's talk about the room... i love how the room was clean and neat. you know, the room sangat luas which is very selesa. ada katil queen(?) and katil bujang. bilik mandi ok giler memang bersih cuma they didn't provide slippers but tak rasa geli pun nak pijak lantai. oh ya and bilik mandi dia pun luas. ada sabun, tuala, coffee, tissue like benda basic yang you selalu jumpa kat hotel. by the way hotel ni, dekat dengan kfc also 7e.
