β β β β β on agoda stated elevator(lift) is available but when we arrived at hotel| there is no lift| only staircase while my mother have no choice except to climb the staircase. But overall| if lift provided| this premise is excellent.

β β β β β Steve and the pak chik were superb always willing to go few extra miles for your requests. Better than many 4 and 5 stars hotels staff.Rooms clean and security good. Major problem is bad insulation. I can here guests going in and out and, their conversations late at night or early morning. I can hear the traffic on the road early in the morning.

β β β β β The decoration,friendly services, facilities provided are so great for a budget hotel.just there's no drinking glass and some cracks at the wall.Only 1 heater is provided at the front desk.mineral water bottles are provided in the room.a very nice experience.

β β β β β Tv is freaking good! Can netflix, youtube. Shower is so so. Floor a bit sticky but i can manage. Mostly star for the tv, towel and bed. Comfy and smell good

β β β β β Smart Tv is the best thing ever in this hotel. Friendly staff and good service too. Very clean and comfortable. No bad comments actually. Everything is nice and suitable for family and couples. Reasonable rental price. 5 stars..??

β β β β β Value for money. Stayed in the superior suite for 3. Room was clean. Double bed was comfortable but the single bed sagged a little in the middle. Bathroom was basic but clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed overnight en route to Langkawi and booked again for our return journey. Hotel is quite easy to locate, can be seen from the main road with access just off the main road.

β β β β β It was a really good stay. The staf who attended to us was very kind and helpful. I forgot his name. He deserved A . Make us feel welcomed. The room has nice comfy bed| smart tv| toiletteries inclusive of toothbrushes. Very thoughtful. I have no complaint for the price that I have paid. Well worth the money spent.
