★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The old shopping mall building did not bring a fresh feeling to the customers. The demand items in the building are not concentrated. Extraordinary parking fees. The most ridiculous thing is that there is also CCTV in the public toilet (the attitude of foreign workers at the toilet counter is not good).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I get foot fungus here and the house keeping here never wears shoes.What's even scarier is that I ordered a takeaway one day. When I went downstairs to get the takeaway, it was gone. When I went to the reception desk to ask if they had seen my takeaway. The receptionist had a very bad attitude and told me for sure that it had never been seen. I asked the hotel for the CCTV footage but they said they were short staffed so it would have to wait . I chose to believe them and then I argued with grab for a week. When the hotel finally showed me the CCTV, I found out that another resident had taken my takeaway and I asked the receptionist why you told me at the beginning that it had never been delivered. She didn't apologise, just silence. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No matter what other reviews say, I feel that this is a great hotel at its price point.
I booked this hotel last minute through Agoda for two nights. I paid MYR250 for a room with double bed. It was not hard to get parking inside the building.
The only thing that I feel can be improved is the check in process. It was quite slow, but maybe because I checked in at almost midnight.
Upon entering the room, there was no funny smell like what I usually faced in an old hotel. The aircond works well. They have wooden flooring and the room was relatively clean.
But, the problem is with the bathroom water pressure. The good thing is, the hotel take my complaint seriously and sent someone to fix what was wrong with the bathroom. This is a first, because usually, when I complaint to a hotel with this price point, they won't sent someone to fix the problem even when they have promised. NOT THIS HOTEL. They fixed it, and I am grateful for that.
There is also a work desk and LOTS of power point, so you can do your work and charge your device easigly.
In conclusion, I truly recommend this hotel. At the price point, they are trying their best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and tranquil ambience while staying at this hotel. I was an unexpected guest because I just booked a few minutes before I checked into the hotel. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and tidy, car can be parked at the hotel's allocated parking space or you can park your car outside across the hotel. There were a lot of restaurants to enjoy local food and facilities such as convenient store.
