★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheatinggg³!!! Very Worst Service, I Did A Online Booking For 2 Days & It's A Standard Room. I Mentioned There I'll Check In After 8pm.by The Time I Reach Hotel Was Like 10pm, They Didn't Let Us In. They Said The Hotel Is Closed At 10. I Even Showed Them My Online Booking Receipt, They Said We Are Not Taking Online Booking And There's No Available Room. I Asked Why Did You Take My Reservation Then, They Refused To Answer Me Properly And Only Tried To Lock The Door.. Really Felt Bad For Wasting My Money Here.. Worstt Hotel Service...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situated at good location. Had to climb up many stairs to reach the room. Stinky room. AC not working at all. Stayed awake all night after tired journey. Bed was dusty and towel provided was just a piece of rag. Very small sized room. No hangers in room. It's just a small room with a bed. Not up to the expectation. Will not recommend or stay again. They don't accept credit cards. Only cash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First impression : Nice hostel for a price I paid, looked clean, bathroom is clean even if the sink can collapsed any moment if I put weight on it, even if the towel looks like it can be my door mat but I can live with it, the ac works, the floor is clean too. I can live with this hostel for the next 2 days. But then when I wake up in the morning I found BED BUGS!!!! BESIDE ME FULL WITH BLOOD which I assume it feast on me! I realized that if I find one adult bed bugs I will find many more, and I was right! Never in my life I find so many bed bugs in one bed like theirs. I find the baby bed bugs, adult, you name it!! I know that the receptionist will never gonna do something about it since they give me a cold shoulder when I checking in. So I just moved! Never ever stay here if you value your health and you do not want to contaminate other places you will stayed at with their bed bugs either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is great, but that would be all.... they switched my room when I found thing I did not like..... but my other room (number 12) was dirty, smelly pillows, walls stained and some spiderwebs on the sealing and bathroom.... apart from the bedbugs I found every night (4 nights). Also the sewer overflowed with the sinks water and the water from the shower was a bit yellow....
The place really needs maintenance
If you on a cheap budget 1 night it's ok if you don't mind the other issues (I didn't that's why I stood 4 nights), but it depends on your culture and where you are coming from.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Full of Bed Bugs.
Changed rooms twice and all three rooms had bed bugs.
Also first room toilet didn't work and air-conditioning was malty from inside.
Second room sink was hanging of the wall. Air-conditioning also malty.
Third room toilet seat was full of dried urin.
All room were really dirty, blood on all pillows and bed sheets from bed Bugs.
First night got to sleep at 5 am because reception was watching videos on mobile phone so loud and was fighting verbally with guests who complained..
Avoid at all costs, we booked 4 nights and stayed only 2. No refunds or anything. Reception didn't take bed bug problem serious. They just said "sorry for the little things". All booking agencys should stop working with them. Had 3 other couples leaving early.
We have been traveling for over one year at a very low budget but never had something like that before.

I’ve never stayed such a terrible and horrible hostel.
If you would like to respect yourselves, you mustn’t stay here.
The staffs are not nice, not friendly and not helpful.
There were sooooo many bed bugs.
I booked here 2 night. But I just stayed 1 night, I got bit by bugs. I couldn’t sleep anymore because I was so afraid of bugs.
The staff told me that if customers don’t ask them to change bed covers, they usually don’t change it.
And I showed my injures to them, but they just said it was just allergy.
They’ve never admitted that there are many bed bugs.
But actually I saw them and I got bit by bugs.
Just think carefully to stay here or not.

I don't even want to give a star?I moved out after the first night!
I booked a 8 person female dorm. But ended up they gave me a very small room with 2 beds inside (what to complain right?) what I want to say is they don't give you what u have booked. It was a terrible night. The bed was so dirty, I found a needle head on my bed. No towel provided.
Not a safe place for lady to stay here alone. I went out early in the morning, and one foreigner staying same floor with me saw me and teased me, he asked me whether I'm free tonight.. I was so scared and immediately push the button to close the lift door.
The room is not same as what displayed!!
Lesson learnt. I get what I paid for.. Cheap price, this cheap stay. I was so RELIEF to move out!
