โ โ โ โ โ Terrible service. I took the bus from KL Sentral to Genting Highlands. The staff at the ticketing desk were lazy and wouldnโt give proper directions on how to find the bus. KL Sentral is massive so it was a hassle.
When I finally found the terminal, there was no signs indicating which bus was going where. So you had to ask the staff. The staff didnโt have uniforms or badges and again only gave lazy, unclear answers about where to line up. It made the whole thing unnecessarily stressful as I was only sure I was in the right place about 60 seconda before the bus left, even though I waited for ages. I wonโt be traveling with them again.
