Small rooms, no wifi but the worst part is the customer service. The young fellow at reception behave like you are staying illegally for free and have absolutely no empathy towards guests. Please avoid this one specially with family.

Spent a really quiet weekend there. The hotel itself is very up to date. Our every need was met promptly and with such friendliness. The rooms were some of the best we have ever had. Parking is easy in & out. Location is a thumbs up. I got a pretty cheap price for booking the room the night before.

The location was perfect for my work. We arrived early from our flight and the staff was more than accommodating. There are good breakfast in the morning. The stay in the hotel is value for money. The hotel chef is beyond outstanding. In terms of the room all well cleaned. Staff were all fantastic.

Everything is satisfied. Just for the check-out timing, before 12pm there was a staff that knock my room door until we open the door just want to as me either i want to continue stay or check out even in the policies state that check out time is 12pm. And phone also provided in every room, so i think is more proper to call room phone rather then knocking each room door. Otherwise everything is a nice experience

Good place to crash at affordable rate. The whole hotel has mild perfume kind a scent which is really calming and it's pretty clean and comfy too. The place has thin walls, and can hear beside rooms sounds and noice. Overall very good stay :)

Pls don't go this this hotel.. They won't provide any receipts. I have booked this hotel and payment method is pay at the counter.on that day I come to this hotel and make payment at the counter with Indian girl which is working at Lobby..I ask about the receipt,she said will give later once Check out..once check out the next Day ,Agoda make deduction In my account..I come today to get receipt.. Agoda ask receipt for proof to get refund..now the hotel refuse to give it

I can give 4 stars for them. If you travel alone, not with family n kids, it's a affordable hotel to take a rest. Recommended for people who are looking for a budget hotel that provide comfortable place to rest.

Booked this hotel for 1 day stay through Agoda as pay at property.Then I paid cash at hotel and hotel refused to give receipt. They say hotel under OYO, oyo will send e-recepit. At the night of the check out, i receive email frm hotel as no show case and also notification from my bank for deductions for no show case. 1. When i contact the hotel, they ask me to call OYO.But i couldn't find any OYO customer service number and only have email address.After email OYO, they ask me to send email again since their HQ under US which is not convenient. 2. I made a 2nd call to the hotel , telling them about this and ask for help since hotel the one who remark as no show case.But they refused to help.Since i booked to Agoda, i call agoda and let them know about this matter and they talked with the hotel.Then agoda asked for hotel payment receipt.I went to hotel and asked for the recept since i didnt receive any e-receipt from OYO or hotel.They ask me to wait. 3. Already 2 days yet i receive any receipt I reached limit then went back to hotel and ask for receipt.They refused to give.Then i call malaysia consumer department and lucky came across one police officer and he mention we can made a complaint at hotel. Only after that the receptionist get worried and immediately issue the physical receipt and i get know they totally losing on 1 April 2022.But that doesnt mean they can simply cheat customers money. Very dissapointed at this hotel.
