★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think this is one of the classic style full service hotel in KL. The amenities and room facilities are excellent, oldskool which is always better compared to newer hotel concepts that tend to be very minimalist. The rooms are very spacious with nice and efficient setup. Excellent bathroom with a tub and shower. Safety box, ironing table, mini bar, hair dryer, all the beauty of oldskool accommodation style! Love it very much!
The coffee shop serves very tasty breakfast buffet with selections of local delicacies as well as international menu choices. I tried their dinner buffet, it was perfect also.
Locationwise it is perfect for business as well as vacation travelers. It is close to the world trade center and several good malls at the center of Kuala Lumpur.
Well too much to write, I will definitely return to tgis hotel on my next trip to KL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall facilities are very good . However in the morning , or certain hour in the day , there's no hot water supply . I m still not check out yet , called the receptionist, she said the technician is still repairing but it already took more than half hour , still not get the heater fix yet. I don't understand things like this can happen in a 4 star hotel. For room facilities I will give 5 star but consider the heater problem , downgrade to 31/2 star only . Due to the heater problem I
can't take a bath because I don't likevcold bath have to delaymy schedule to go out

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service - lie about the room deco (when i call they say the deco staff is not available) n treat my wife birthday as not important (when check-in they say have deco but its too late n they wont do the deco).
Worst room - bathtub keep draining, towel rail broken.
Poor housekeeping - refer picture of water kettle.
Rude reception - counter were empty still say busy, had to wait 4hours plus for my charger that i left in my previous room.
Overall - pls enjoy your stay.
Please improve

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location very good however the room were old. Cleaning quality shld improve, found the carpet not clean thoroughly and empty bottle under the sofa. Otherwise its a good hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok hear me out. I've been here like 3-4 times. What can I say that having your room upgraded (superior king to deluxe king) a little bit is a red flag. You might get a room with hot water not functioning, air conditioning broken and a bit of dusty floor. Also, one of the plugs might cut off the room electricity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kudos to the hotel staffs for their excellent service and efficiency. Hotel ambience is really nice and very convenient only walking distance to Sunway Putra Mall and Putra World Trade Centre. For the room wise, it was nice and clean. The air conditioning was well maintained. The only downsides were the hot shower in my room was not available which I think the heating system has problem and hotel parking during special events at PWTC can be a hassle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Checked in on 22/2/22 for a double celebration (honeymoon and my husband's birthday.) Staff is very friendly and helpful. Cosy, clean and spacious room. Food is good. Definitely one of our favourite hotels to stay for a quick vacation.
Thank you for the lovely experience. Would love to visit again someday.
*thank you for helping me out for my last minute request for the special floral arrangement. My husband really loved it. ?
