★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. They dont change our room towels and used cups even though they've clean the room. And not to mention the bad smell of the room and towel. Also we need to insert the keys multiple times before the door can open. This hotel doesnt even provide a room phone. I'll not suggest anyone to stay at this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is clean but very run down. The photos on the site must be very old. Very noisy area even from the upper floors. Very basic, no hand towels and bath towels very well used. Walls between rooms very thin. Staff were lovely.Breakfast not worth having.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place sure is strategic with the vendors and restaurant open around the area at night. It’s location is the only positive thing about it. The rooms is, ugh. They do clean the room everyday but changing the bed sheets, I don’t think they are a fan of it. Same goes for the towels, I had to complain about it just so I could get new one, if not, then I’d be using the towel which smelled like it haven’t been wash at all. The carpets in the room is really dirty I’ll give you that. Sum it all up and vióla, you get the 2 star worth of hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor hotel, most of the rooms smell of damp and cigarettes. Walls are cracked with the toilets tiles and curtains coming off. Sheets are not even fully clean and TV channels don't even work. Breakfast and food is terrible taste just like the hotel smell. Tried to eat fruits but tasted like onions I believe the staff use the same knife for everything. Overall satisfaction is poor standards and will never stay in this hotel again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best thing about this hotel is the location. Short walk to the shopping district and easy access to public transport. Hop on hop off bus stop just 150m from the hotel. Plenty of cheap food and an active nightlife scene in the area. Wi-Fi in the room I stayed in was good. Now for the not so good. My room smelt a bit musty and the shower recess had mold in it. The rooms were very dated and the carpet was badly worn in parts of my room, but I understand there's a renovation happening now. Check in was slow but this may have been down to the time of day I arrived which was early evening. Laundry service promised my clothes the next day but they weren't ready by the time i had to leave. Don't bother with the breakfast. With all the nightlife I could hear noise until late at night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room is so good, also the view from the room too. The hotel is located in the middle of the city. So it is very convenient to go any part of the city. The location also very good with loots of restaurants and food courts. The service is average but still staffs are helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited 5 years ago, we checked into a room with a double bed for three guests. Breakfast was average and amenities were standard. Location is also dodgy especially during the night time but walking distance from pubs, fast food and convenient stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want a place which is shabby and will give you luxurious suit then avoid this place.Otherwise this a satisfactory hotel for budget customers.Tariff is good.But make sure you check in to deluxe or better rooms.Firstly the people on the reception are good. They are friendly. Then coming to rooms. The rooms are not well managed.There are two kind of floors.. Floors for smokers and non smokers. The carpets on the rooms are not vacuumed.The washroom is very small. The tub is not maintained well. The taps are not always functioning. But the service is good. If you inform the reception they will fix everything they can.
