β β β β β The location is great if you are looking to stay near shopping, food and entertainment. The rooms are clean enough. Everything you would expect from a budget hotel. Staff are friendly.

β β β β β It is a 15 minute walk to the surf beach but we saw ***y families with kids swimming in the river off the esplanade. Every unit has different decor but always neat and attractive. The sound of the rising and falling tides was a gentle backdrop as was the quiet roar of the ocean.

β β β β β Good location with very short walking proximity to the shops in Bukit Bintang. Walking distance to malls and resto/ bars. Easily reach to BB Bus stop to catch GO KL free bus. The rooms are clean if small and if you're at the back very quiet. Tv is mounted on wall which is a bit high. Price can be cheaper if you opt for twin bed room.

β β β β β The hotel location is the best at Bukit Bintang area. There is an excellent and efficient public transport network. The room had the usual amenities. In fact the people are very keen to assist in any way possible. Good value for money. Very quiet if you reside at the back.

β β β β β Not for honeymooners but a great property for the budget conscious. Our room was bigger than what we expected. Rooms away from the main st are quieter. The tv is subscribed with astro channels, we were satisfied with the movie channel alone before bedtime. The bathroom is clean. The toilet has nice hot shower.

β β β β β Went out of their way to make our the stay exceptional. All the staff at the hotel were welcoming and very helpful. The amenities in the room were really good. The rooms are going to be generally clean. We surely will come back to this hotel if we got a chance.

β β β β β Air con in room was way too noisy when I checked in, but housekeeping was knocking on my door within minutes and instructed me to activate Quiet mode on the air con remote controller. Was better thereafter.
Counter staff were polite and efficient.
Room cleanliness was acceptable.
Location is excellent. Value for money.

β β β β β My second time in KL and another not very good hotel. Again like in first one there was one cockroach in the room bed sheets and towels were dirty and we had no windows. Only good thing in this hotel was that is in Bukit Bintang and you have everything around so it's in a convenient place. Just change dirty bed sheets and towels and hotel will be much better.
