★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location of the hotel is good as it's near to Berjaya Time Square, Low Yat Plaza, Sungai Wang, Pavilion, Farenheit as well as Lot 10. It is within walking distance to reach these places from the hotel. The staffs are also friendly and polite. However, there's a lot of mosquitoes flying around in the room as we entered the room resulted in the disturbance of sleeping at night. This's the only weak point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would we book again - absolutely. A lot of street food stalls in the surrounding areas and a stretch of bars. The hotel is minimalist and quite clean. All in all a good hotel in a good location with great transport connections. The location of the hotel is great and convenient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only good thing is the staff and location, other then that everything is just worst. Aircon in the room drops water in the room and remote not works. Small insects in the room bed sheet and pillow is not clean. Early in the morning around 6 am the call girl and costumer fight and shouting very loud so I cannot sleep. Just stay in hotel for 6 hrs. And check out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location was excellent. Located next to the train station. Perhaps the windows here are not as good. In fact the bathroom was very small. Found the traffic outside the room was noisy, late at night,. Footsteps can be heard from inside the room. I love the district especially the city walk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing seemed to work.... took ages for the aircon to cool the room, wifi was spotty, the electrical adapter I rented from them blew up and took with it all the electrical outlets. The only good thing was the bathroom and shower, although I had to plead to supplied with a towel. If they invested some money into maintaining facilities, this could be a nice hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was our 2nd visit there in the last 4 months. The cleanliness of all areas is superb. Most of people in hotel were pretty well decent. Most of the facilities are well maintained. Transportation was offered to areas of interest. The stay in the hotel is value for money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sometimes very noisy. The room as we expected was pretty small. All rooms give on a small patio where hotel guests and visitors gather all night long for loudly talks and heavy drinking. Cockroach bugs running around the room. Shower area water could not drain properly. Not recommended at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a king room at the front. Amazing value for what you pay. The elevators to the rooms were very hard to find. The bathroom was of a small size. They did not clean the dust in the room. The hotel definitely feels a bit old. The staff were friendly and very helpful at all times.
