R	Ravi Krishnan Michael on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is definitely not a 4 star property. Regretful for Agoda to claim its 4 star. Very basic hotel as per the price and not centrally located . No hot water for shower n the very most basic fare for breakfast. Can't complain as per price paid.

The hotel is a bit old, water leaking in the bathroom, and the floor mat is not vacuum, toilet rolls has not been replaced, and a family room of 4 only provided 2 sets of toiletries?? The indoor swimming pool is seems like not cleaning up for weeks ?

The hotel is poorly maintained. Hallway is dirty. Room is dirty too and poorly cleaned. The swimming poor water on 2nd floor is dirty and pool side too not well maintained. water pump is not running at all and is not use able. Need to clean up the hotel to bring more customers.

S	Siew nyuk khiun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s definitely not a 4 star hotel, comes with probably 3 star facility but every thing is old .run down .. definitely need to be refurbished if they want to keep up with the reputation . 1st issue you need to let water tap run for 20-30 minutes to feel the water is warm enough for bathing (as told by the maintenance guy. 2nd the door lock is still with key .not electronic tapping 3rd the wifi is totally useless in the room Indeed the hotel is not well maintained but staff are helpful to solve the problem fast and with good attitude .. 1) we found 1 of the mattress was sinking , they replace it with a new mattress immediately 2) we found the phone connecting to front desk is out of order .. they change the cable immediately 3) we wanted hairdryer , they sent immediately

The toilet door looked like salvaged from a dumpster, cannot lock and there's a see-through gap (wonder why it is not replaced). The paint on the shower ceiling is flaking. Bed sheet is not changed for the 2 days we were there even though there is stain. Overall impression is that the hotel is not really bothered about the guests' comfort. Buffet breakfast of rice and noodles are not kept warm... food is left cold. Hope they can improve.
