★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel room was okay, the toilet is clean BUT staff at the reception is very rude, she’s indian girl no hospitality at all while i was waiting at the lobby she had a fight with other boy staff she throw away all the things around her. Not gonna stay here AGAIN very RUDE!

1) Cheap price for the relatively new hotel
2) Staff was accommodative to switch room
3) Staff gave wake up call in the morning, manually!
Cons:
1) Location is bad. The hotel is located in the brand new complex area which is mostly empty. To get to Restaurants, entertainment, grocery or other transportation, you have to cross a major highway with 3 lanes each way to get to another shopping complex area. And I have to detour a little because the complex area has specific entrance.
2) Over phone, Staff quoted RM$30 for 1-way taxi to KLIA at 5 am in morning. When arrived, said it is RM$45!! What a Trap! Walked to the other shopping complex for RM$10 shuttle bus of Orange Hotel.
3) Room was not clean. In 1st room, found hairs in bed sheet, and some dirt at corner of bed next to wall. Hair on toilet seat as well.
4) Staff change room. 2nd room also has hairs on the bed sheet.
5) No phone, No Alarm Clock, No Drinking Water. Absolutely basic.
6) There is a TV, but it could not serve up any channel. Have tried to switch to different Input type connection -- HDMI, Video, USB, Air, but still no TV program.
7) WiFi stopped working sometime in the early morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was very kind and helpful, the rooms are fairly priced, the Wifi is quick, and they have a really speedy airport shuttle service. Also, the hotel is located near a several restaurants, convenience stores, and a McDonalds. All in al, it's a solid place. Will stay again.
