★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VERDICT: A good place to stay, with some rooms of improvement.
Price is reasonable. The room I stayed, which is deluxe non-smoking, nice and spacious.
The road to the hotel is quite busy on peak hours, so it some kind of pain in the neck to drive around. But the nice thing is, this hotel is at palm Mall. So, a lot of shops and food outlets there. There are also a lot of shops within walking distance. So, you don't have to drive to get your needs.
Rooms for improvement, maybe on the room readiness. I found some leftover drinks from previous guest in my fridge.
The safe is not working (yeah, you can call them to make it work, I guess...but they should ensure it before give the room to a guest). Lastly, I found some hair plugging the drain hole in the bath. I simply remove it my self, but again, it a sign of subpar rooms readiness....
They should also improve their WiFi speed. Too slow to be useful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely a skip even at the prices they offer.
I have stayed in backpacker lodges that are cleaner. From the moment you walk in you can see the bathroom is dirty and smells moldy. Hard to tell from the photos but once you are in there your self you will see. Beds were ok though. Shower had warm but not hot water and the washup basin is cold water only.
Breakfast in the morning is also really really average well below what you can get at the local mamak.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just an average mall. Got a few selection for apparel shopping and dining. The AEON section is quite small and expensive. The inventory selections seems like for an upscale household. Upstairs got cinema. Couldn't remember whether it's GSC or TGV....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's situated at a very strategic spot. In the middle of the city close to Seremban 2 n Seremban city centre where all government offices are.
The hotel is next to Palm Mall, a good shopping mall that offers great variety of popular shops n food outlets.
KPJ Hospital is just across the mall within walking distance.
And at night if u feel hungry, there's a few mamak restaurants very near by.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room are large with 2 Queen beds. Very comfy and hotel is so close to the mall. Finding food is not a problem. Hotel parking is at lvl 5 for hotel guest. Tng card need to be endorse at lobby before driving out for zero parking charge. Room price are reasonable and staffs are polite and helpful. Breakfast was just ok - average , nothing special. The star attraction is the hotel location.
But the room house keeping have room for improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 90% Good, room is very space, will iron n iron stand n hair dryer inside room. Chairs n quite big cupboard. With mall n foods surround.
Only not tat happy with the bathroom. It's dirty surround the toilet bowl @cubicle n cluster at wall n corner of ceiling. Cleaning inside bowl only not enough need clear surround n cover of the bowl.also.
N the manager En.Dzulkifli can be more friendly. N know how to give a smile. We say tq also no even a nod

Hotel breakfast was OK. Normal 3 star standard. Not many varieties but OK. 3 stars
But the waiter in the coffee house especially in charge of the egg counter very proud. Ask for where to get soy sauce for half boiled egg, but end up just point me to a very sweet sauce. Ask another question, he no bother to answer. In fact I ask in BM

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like staying here. The room rates are pretty reasonable for me. The rooms are comfortable and well managed and well taken care of. The food at the cafe is also fine. But they need to improve their housekeeping services. I called to ask for extra toiletries, towels and condiments, but I never got them until I checked out. Apart from that, it's actually a nice place to stay if you want to be near to the Seremban town. Restaurants and shops are accessible nearby. You can even go to the Palm Mall which is sharing the same building with the hotel.
