β β β β β Nice food, but there is serious shortage of staff. Two persons were over worked on a weekend lunch hour and we truly "feel " for them. Despite the overwhelming work, they still had a smile in their faces. House n Co Manager- Please do something about this!

β β β β β Dissatisfied restaurant! Not worth to pay even they have food, we are not your beggar, the service given lousy than pasar malam standard.
This restaurant I have been there more than 5 times.
This will be my last visit. Actually they not even can get the 1 star because their rude service given.
1. Staff No patient at all, which you cannot ask anything.
2. Very arrogant attitude from one of the staff lady like malay which color hair. Becareful her, even their colleague also said keep fighting with her everytime.
I not asking very good service but at least a proper restaurant manner you also don't have. What a shameful you located at a high standard mall at bangsar.
The management should improve staff standard if want survive more longer in this current market.
3.Food ordered is no placed until my second ordered come, then only I realised the staff is totally no key in the order.
Since there is no staff served us, I use to go myself find back the lady write my order at cashier counter, she only tell me, go back to your seat and wait. She will show you a impatient face and won't let you talk. I said why your service are so bad since we walk in the restaurant, she replied thank you and laugh there like already normal case for her?.
4. Another waiter is Chinese lady, I think is more high level or boss in this restaurant, also feel bad on her while I asking to write order while I ready, she are busy to chit chat only with her regular customer, the feeling is bad when she show a sign ???with angry face to me without asking other staff to assist. Ignored me at all and continue chit chat.
The entire bad experience I ever faced before from other restaurant. For your reference if you plan to go.

β β β β β This was from an experience back in March 2021 but I had trouble posting it then.
Horrible service - slow and customer blaming. Mind you, we only ordered one thing - a cake that was already on display at the counter and there were very few tables occupied, maybe around 5-6.
We even got told by the waitress that we were wrong and shouldnβt have placed our order with the lady at the counter, should have placed with her as a waitress instead. And so we did. After 20 minutes still no cake. Total waiting time 30 mins for a slice of cake.
Itβs a no from me. Not coming back anymore.

β β β β β Horrible service, very rude waitress. Informed her that the dish was too salty, told us that other customers did not have the same comment. Came back and told us that there is nothing they can do about it. Almost felt forced to accept the overly salted dish. Only options offered were to accept the dish as is or change dish. We couldnβt order the same dish again because they canβt make any adjustments to make it less salty. Was very rude and dismissive throughout the entire process. New trainee was very polite though trying to make our experience better after witnessing the saga.

β β β β β Overpriced, mediocre restaurant. This is the quality you would get at a hawker stall for a LOT cheaper! You're paying for the location - obviously! I bit into something sharp as soon as I took my first bite which turned out to be a 1 inch sharp broken piece of plastic from a food container. I was lucky i didn't swallow it. When I brought it to the attention of the staff, she explained to me where it came from which led me to believe the nasi lemak rice is not even cooked freshly in the restaurant and that is it outsourced. Received no apologies whatsoever. I come to find out later on the staff was afraid to bring it to management coz the owner is one of those yelling shouting types.

β β β β β Excellent food and well presented. CKT was excellent even though it was pork free. Soup was just as good and Nasi Lemak was quite above average and fantastic presentation made it just that bit more special.
Pandan cake is a house special and well worth the trip just for this cake alone. Very light and very tasty.
