★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed with the service- total rubbish. I give you 0 stars if possible. Ordered via QR code, no proper cutlery- no knife for chicken chop, no soup spoon for soupy noodles, had to keep walking back and forth to the counter with my clingy baby for cutlery, for tissue, for water- no waiter pays attention but was very efficient at the time of payment . I forgot to add that restaurant was not even half occupied. Horrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vegetable in my curry mee is half cooked and the serve is not hot also. No proper dining cutlery table set up before the meal. Not attentive and wait long time for food. Overall the service and food are poor compared to other branch restaurants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Saturday Late lunch turned out to be a delicious experience at Madame Kwan's. Located at Bangsar Shopping Centre there were asian specialties such as petai rice and char kuay teow .For dessert we treated ourselves to Madame Kwan's durian chendol.A fresh serving of durian on top of chendol,a shaven ice Malaysian dessert.A highly satisfying Saturday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife ordered nasi lemak and the sambal tumis doest at all look like red chilli sambal Tunis.. .heartbreak. It's just look pale orange hahhaa ..Wondering are your Chef Malaysian. Please improve how you should cook your sambal tumis

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow and poor service during lunch on a weekday. There were more staff than customers but food took a long time and it was not worth the wait. Waiters were unfriendly and inattentive. Eating at a hawker is much more fulfilling and value for money

Ordered my favourite seafood claypot and stinky beans with prawn sambal. Took two glasses of lemongrass mojito.
Food did not disappoint-it is still good, portions are big and the seafood is fresh! The lemongrass mojito is lovely ?!
