When asked to increase in strength by alittle, he caused pain, treating the massage like a plaything while laughing and giggling to his colleagues
Very disappointed with the service
Suggestion is don't go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surprised that I am the first person to review this place. It is a huge massage place tuck in a corner of KSL shopping center. The masseurs are all very well trained, I actually feel asleep during my foot massage. The foot massage chairs are huge, like Gold class cinema with Chinese movies running all the time. Prices are one of the reasonable places in KSL. Foot massage is 69 ringit per hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRIBLE and SCARY ENVIRONMENT. they assigned a male massager to my wife for the body massage in which she never requested. Staff there have no common sense. We appeal to the manager what happened but they did nothing. A very disrespectful environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before covid, I use to go this place for full body massage twice per month. The masseur was very good and professional at that time.
Ever since JB boarder open 1 April 2022, I went there 2 time and I found out all masseur change and the standard and service drop so much.
Now the place was horrible, masseur was unprofessional and lacking in strength. I pay for 90 mins full body massage and the masseur stop me at 70 min, when confronted to shop manager, no action action taken.
Very disappointed with the service.
Suggestion is don't go. Standard drop and masseur all suck up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a business after all and I stand by the idea that, if one has nothing good to say, keep your mouth shut.
But my experience here is quite bad that I decided I needed to type something.
First time here, booked 2 hours with another friend as well, and was given a couple room (not sure why). Enquire whether can we shower after the massage as there might be oil, and was told that there was a RM10 charge. Can you imagine the horror, needing to pay to shower? (later I realize the shower is in the room itself, so not sure why need to pay, another friend who went subsequently also didn't pay, which is very weird then).
Started the massage, and sadly, 5 mins into the massage and I know the masseur does not have the relevant experience. He knows what to do, just not where to press. There are so many times that he press on my spine, and even using putting his elbow on my spine to support himself, which is a definite no-go for me. Furthermore, as my friend and I are sharing a room, during the whole session, my masseur was talking so much to the other masseur. And the phone, dear lord, let me tell you about the phone. I am running 2 businesses but the amount of text he is getting on his phone definitely surpass my notification, and note, the phone was not silenced. So you can only imagine every couple of minutes, there's vibrations and sound notification.
I thought I was the only one feeling so negative about this massage (I do have quite a lot of experience with massage) but turns out, same sentiment by my friend as well. Bad skills, too much noise from phone and talking, and overall not a positive experience.
Price: 2/5 (average price but not sure why need to pay RM10 to shower)
Ambience: 1/5 (masseur talking to each other, phone ringing, can't hear music in the room)
Massage skills: 1/5 (not sure where to press, inadequate usage of strength at different parts, left and right side strokes are vastly different)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A group of us went. Based on collected information most of us are happy with our masseurs. I had some issue with my during the leg massage but she turn out good when I did the body part. Overall the store is a bit dated. I guess it really depends which masseurs service you. Do tell them your needs, I am sure they will accommodate your request.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came back here for the long labour day holidays. To my surprise the pricr before and after the pandemic remained the same! Tried to book foot massage only but it was fully booked for the day. So had no choice but to do body massage which I found surprisingly really effective esp after whole day shopping. The older petite chinese lady masseuse was especially strong and knew all the pressure points highly recommend
