★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The front desk lady wasnt very friendly. She tend forward people to other places and not willing to help. The guy technician at the back was very helpful tho, he helped me with my laptop and gave me step by step instructions patiently

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No point sending laptops for repair here since the spare parts quotations are super expensive. Had to pay RM79 just to check my laptop. Then, I had to find other shops to buy the spare parts needed to repair my laptop. Unless your products are still covered by HP warranty, no point visiting this repair centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Same as other reviews, I have been there to change my motherboard but since my laptop is not a local unit, they won't help me. Is it necessary to repeat my academics for 1 year because of unacceptable reasons like this? Really disappointed and useless for HP brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely disappointed to this Hp Service Centre and so call The "HQ". Totally can't repair my printer once im been searching all the service centre at Butterworth. As for this HQ, it is not the service centre just only one-to-one exchange with the warranty available.It is highly not recommend to visit this HQ.
