★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a P1 recently and ended up stripping the screwhead on my SSD slot while trying to remove it. Walked in and they removed it, and replaced it with a new screw within 10 minutes. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my tab p10 as I had a problem charging it up. It is still under warranty, so no problem I thought. Left with them , next day get a call to tell me to collect. When I went for it I asked what the problem was, we could not find one was the reply, it was just out of power. I asked to speak with tech who worked on it , he told me he used his own power lead, I then asked if they had checked my power lead and or adapter, oh no we did not think of that they replied but it will be your adapter, ok so you are the service dept, it is under warranty, can you supply me a new adapter? Er. Er . Er. No we can t do that. Off I went to buy a new adapter 30 ringette. Not the end of the world, got home plugged in nothing, went back to shop purchased a new cable with the help of the staff at P H & CO , that was the problem faulty cable.
End result now works no thanks to Lenovo Service Centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laptop keeps getting blue screen, fps suddenly drop and fan is clunky. They check and said some issue with my hardware and fan, and need to wait for BOTH parts and will call when parts arrive. Waited 1 month and still no reply, went back to check again and said can only change fan cannot change hardware. They service and reformat my laptop and promised to call on promised date when done.. no call and i went to collect my laptop next day. After 1 month of getting back my laptop, fan noise return and my RAM still have issue. I think all they did was 'repair' fan and reformat my laptop. Waste of time and service is bad :(
