★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Applied the credit card under luggage promotion, spent minimum expenses within 60day in Jul19 as per requirement which they informed the promotion is still available, it’s end of the year now and haven’t got the luggage yet, checked with customer service and they replied that they’re checking, the customer service line is always engaged, horrible experience!
