★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The front counter service crew giving the wrong message that only customers that want to apply housing loan and investment product are entitled to open an saving account in RHB. I realised this is a wrong message after I successfully open a maxsave account through online. I feel like being cheated. Please take the corrective action to avoid losing more trust from customer, I am very disappointed. The RHB branch that provide the wrong message is from Jalan Bandar, Kawasan Perindustrian Pasir Gudang.
