★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love Standard Chartered so much. Customer service is so good but i will never go again. Because im poor.
Poor person please dont visit this bank for open fixed deposit account. The staff tell me that they only need big amount of money to get higher interest. Normal worker obtaining low income every month, just like me, just visit other bank to get normal interest.
So regret that im not a rich person to having great and deluxe service of Standard Chartered.
One last point, maybe the bank staff is a police before change career. He asking to view my IC and driving license WHEN I JUST WAITING MY NUMBER AND HAVENT PROCESSING ANY PROCEDURE ABOUT FIXED DEPOSIT.
Please la. If you need my information for any legal process. Sure I will cooperate with you. But If you dont want a poor person who wearing a slipper to visit your bank, dont ask me sharing my privacy to you la.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not so standard in this particular branch. What to do still need to borrow money. The teller is not so polite and cannot answer my queries. Sales team and customer hotline is very polite selling the product and explaining issues but come to transaction and account opening at the counter they loss the standard. What to do, life is always unfair when your credit score is low...
