The Officers are very polite, helpful & efficient.
Even the security guards are friendly and helpful. Iβve been banking here for 20 years, and I like this bank a lot.
This morning however, I arrived at 9am, and was asked to queue up outside the bank (I was the first customer)
An elderly man then was told to stand behind me. We stood there for 25 minutes or more. And the old man was telling me how difficult it was to stand for so long.
I really sympathised with him.
Perhaps some plastic chairs or stools system could be installed for the comfort of those in need.
