โ โ โ โ โ I chose this workshop from panel list of Etiqa insurance. The workshop is by the river, spacious, clean and pleasant. They answered supportively on the phone. Then when I got there , the man in charge very patiently explained the process of insurance claim. The communication is clear as I can only speak English. They lent us a Honda while waiting on our car being repaired. It is such an positive experience totally opposite from the other workshop that I came earlier (also on Etiqaโs panel list). All the bests for your future growth. Have a prosperous new year!
Updated : My car is done in 7 days . Superb! ( Maybe they did their bests to finish before Chinese New Year , but it is still very impressive)
