★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had a pathetic experience with Pioneer movers. Krishnan literally lied about some of the hidden charges and made me pay extra while taking the goods cleared from the destination port. Completely unprofessional guys to deal with.
Several of their 5 star ratings are from their own employee(Kesava Rau, Attiqa etc). Don't get fooled by their high rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The movers we choose from Karachi, Happy Movers worked with Pioneer Movers from Kuala Lumpur to help us with our relocation. We are very happy with their service, efficiency, politeness and our things came in perfect order. We have been moving for the longest time and must say this is one of our best experiences with a movers. I recommend them highly from my personal experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team was helpful starting from the admin, packing and relocation team. The admin dept kept me updated throughout the entire process. All my items were carefully packed and their pricing is reasonable. Upon arrival of my items (within the time frame as they have estimated) the team Mr Durai and Mr Mohan reload the items with care and assisted in the unpacking. Overall I am satisfied with Pioneer Movers and would recommend their service to my friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't agree more with Ravishankar Rajagopalan's review! Please do not deceived by their good rated reviews!
I used Pioneer service twice for I had fantastic support from Mr Kesava Rao, Ms Attiqa and their crew members until Kalavathynaidu came into the picture, who has absolutely no interest in customer service but only $$$!
My last shipment with Pioneer Movers was not kept properly for about 6 months despite my multiple requests for dehumidifier soft gels to be placed in my boxes/luggages from day 1! As a result, few pairs of my leather shoes & bags became moldy and unable to use anymore! That cost me at least few thousand USD for my shoes/bags, which much higher than my storage cost with Pioneer Movers! I simply cannot trust the quality anymore... Very disappointing indeed.
Worst thing is, I feel being cheated with my insurance coverage placed with Pioneer Movers! Luckily, MPI Insurance team understood my situation well and allow my claims - thank you Mr Lim Seng Hiyau, Ms Chan Chow Leng, Mr Harold Gomez for the kind support indeed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Efficient, though we only gave them 2 business days of notice from the contract signed date till coming to our house to pack the goods. Also they helped to save our money in optimizing the packaging space without compromising on the care of our goods; all my porcelains, glass items, digital piano and TV are in good condition at arrival.
The only drawback is that they have probably chosen a wrong partner in Melbourne (OSS Worldwide) whose delivery crew did not fulfill their contractual delivery service. This is how the remaining star is lost.
Overall, Pioneer Movers is still highly recommended.
