The process from appointment to payment were all explained clearly and done smoothly. They not only double confirm with my services order before they proceed but also help me to identify other problem that I was not awareness of. Thank you Perodua Segambut and I will come back again! Remember to make appointment with them before you send your car there ☺️

Waiting area got some snacks & drinks.
But waited quite long for them to fin servicing car. They said usually 1.5hours, but ended up 2.5hours.
Came before 9am, but fin around 11.30am only.

There wasn't many snacks provided as it used too before. It used to have a vending machine last time I went here. But overall I'm satisfied with the services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Going there for 4 years now. Good professional service. Friendly staff, always obliging to explain about any technical matters. If counter staff can't quite explain it, they make sure a technician gets back to you, in person or over the phone.
Place is clean and they have a decently large waiting area for customers.

Everything is booked through mobile UFirst app, got it confirmed and just be there early. Everything is being well taken care. Bravo ?
There is a super huge customer waiting lounge, light snacks is served while waiting. Adding another plus point ?.
