Sam, the Senior Sales Associate, made me feel completely welcome & patiently explained all the details & answered my questions in a clear easy to understand manner. And even offered to have my JLC watch cleaned & polished while I “shopped”. In this current climate, it is such a relief to see how meticulously all the staff practiced sanitization when letting customers try on watches. Great job! Will definitely be back when the model I want is in stock.
