★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best place to do service, mr fan he explained the problem and also let me known the importance for change or if not required just used it. It can still be used. Also he explained me if u can get the spares partsor oil more cheaper u can get it and he will do it.
I did services of my car outside previously the place was a known as best one where there were doing service for audi/bmw/Mercedes
When i tell him to open and check for me the timing belt which i hv changed two month a go
He called me so showed me what wrong have they done, they hv reversed the gear which has eaten up my belt
The price was ok when compare to outside market as i got my spare parts by my own

Order side mirror under warranty 2018,
only can repaired on 2020.!!
Everytime sent car for service,
definitely will be back with other error.
Seriously Hyundai malaysia need to do smthg with this dealer.!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely expensive, boss with attitude, never completed the job, charged me RM 175 for fixing dashboard light and didn't even fix it properly.
Took the car to fix at another shop because he cannot do it, I don't know how Hyundai make him an authorized service center for it's cars, what a disgrace.
Don't waste your money and your time going there.
Update: the damage he did to the car wiring is beyond repair and god knows how much it's going to cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this service center after a few independent shops couldnt fix my problem. At first was scared of the costs it would occur, but the pricing was decent. initially they told me it would take 2-3 days for my car to be fixed, however they delivered it to me on the 5th day. Not blaming them, announcing of new MCO caused the delay, but I think they still couldve delivered on time.
other than completely fixing my problem at a good price which i didnt expect, they did a complementary car wash (amazing job on that too!) and fixed my rear suspension noise and my steering wheel noise too. (although it just needed a simple p.s.fluid top up), but given that I didnt ask for any of these and they did those for me for free, made me have a great experience with them.
the location is also good, lots of shops around & easy to access, however its crowded because its located right at a junction. didnt have any parking problems tho, there were space in front of the shop for me.
the uncle who owns the shop is also amazing. one of the few in this industry that has a great personality unlike some other rude people ...
would come back again 10/10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We sent our Santa Fe and also Starex for this particular service centre only though it is far from our Cheras as need to beat the Jalan Kuching Traffic Jam. Located in busy Industrial Segambut this Top Line situated just infront of the Yellow Box Traffic Lights. Big area but with many staranded Hyundai vehicle for repair. Ling wait to talk and also long wait to collect car. The chief Mr Fan seems forever busy. But then i still come back for very reason he have the magic hand. He help me solve costly items with solution and also solving the old car challenge. Else i dont come back right...Good Approach but we have to be patient..be ready to sit in his Airconroom read newspaper of the day and many Car Magazine. Wait is the answer for getting your sick car repair or service.
