★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very bad services and we have to wait for them to reply for pick up n if we question them, simple answer " send if u really urgent and shortage of staffs and festival time so goods are overloaded til no time to arrange for pick up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is very good, the patcher put the parcel into the mailbox and they WhatsApp to me and let me know and asked me to receive from the mailbox and another one the patcher came upstairs to send me the parcel and also the delivery is very fast they reached before the date on the app.??????

Never failed to deliver on time, there instances where they deliver before exact delivery date which shows this company is relentless and value their customer more. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff already know it late midnight, and they guys still want to deliver it. And then come heavy rain... And then immediately cancel my delivery and give me a notification say's "penghantaran tidak berjaya kerana keadaan yang tidak dapat dielakkan e.g. bencana alam"
And right now they guys just hold my parcel. Man I'm hope today(Monday) my item is arrive
