★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Busy with my work schedule, so i book an appointment through link & book on 19.4.2022 ( which falls on nuzul alquran). It was a public holiday. Suprisingly, the staff called me +/-1 hours after the booking were done on 18.4.22 (monday) and inform me need to change the time and date since its public holiday on 19.4.22. Ive told the staff, Mr Harris that my schedule were pack and if I can send my car around 10 am on 20.4.22 & pick it up around 2-2.30pm sinde only this little gap of time that I wi be able to come to the service centre. Guess what, came to the proton service centre, greet by the guard ( and show me the way & pointed me where to go). Park my car & greeted by staff on front kaunter and were instructed to go at the service section. +/- 10 minute, meet up with the person in charge and explain to him my situation and he agreed and promise me that it will be done and he will call me. Everything goes very smooth. I was able to do my job in the hospital, while my car are being service accordingly. Sharp 2pm, they called that it was ready and can come. Reach there aroun 2.15pm, meetup with person incharge. Settle everything in less than 15 minute. Able to come back to work before 3pm (peak hour). Very satisfied with the service.
Thank you!! Keep up the good work guys. Maintain the professionalism. Will be regular here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional technician and poor internal communication
Ask for checking reverse camera(sometimes work sometime does not work).
After checking done, no detail explanation and clear clarification on the service note by the technician. Result is "no symptom found" which explained by service advisor is unable to detect anything wrong and scan through computer also no issue.
Luckily bring them to car and tested one more time, and the reverse camera is not functioning also. Then only the SA trying to explain and argue that it is wrong internal communication with the technician said no symptom means unable to detect anything wrong and if the issue is still there will need to change the reverse camera that cost RM400++.
Suspect there are no proper investigation and checking has been done by the technician, perhaps he saw the reverse camera was on while he doing checking, then just conclude it without further checking. Somemore unable to provide the checking report in computer which not making any sense.
Although it is not big matter for me but it may cost pricy for other customer by the time it related to car safety issue. Hope the technician really do the job to check the car which the customer asked for to protect every car owner life.

1. the agent (Nicole) owe me free gift of Car Recorder for a year.
2. they said first 3 time car services are free of charge, but when I go for 3rd time, they wanna charge me the aircon filter as that is new ruels from proton. So It is no free at all!!!!!
3. First time I heard when service on weekend, they will not do any checking even you request. They will just help u to change the thos oils and filter. So I need to do changes of my car power window by my own?
4. My apppointment is on 11.30am but car done at 3pm. Reason is nobody work at lunch time for 1 hoyr. Then why I need to do reservation? This is not a good service at all.
5. the chinese guy who serve for car service, please improve urself as you are work for customer service. The way you talk really not good at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Supposedly booked an appointment for car servicing. Address some of the issues my car is facing hoping to get a quote for it. The service agent mentioned once everything is done they will give me a ring. When they did and I went back to collect my car, realised my car was not serviced after 3 hours of waiting and they said I would need to rebook a slot for servicing despite they have internal miscommunication. When I called hotline to complain they dun even have a protocol regarding to and rudely say so what do you want to do? An sincere apology would me great if you asked. Very disappointing experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a good ambience. The worker attend to us very quickly . If they cannot do what is required, they would advice an alternative official service centre. They provide comfortable lounge to wait and chill, with free food and drinks and free wifi. The service is quite fast and the appointment system is also very effective. Very good experience here, came on a Saturday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really big showroom in KL, a nice place to chill while waiting for my car to be done. The service advisor very friendly & explain in details regarding my schedule service. The environment also was nice and I also can done my prayer here cause surau also available. Not forget to mention, they also provide free coffee. Hopefully in future they will bring Starbucks inside ?.
