★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First the renovation is ongoing around it n it must have free access to consumers like parking n the parking price should not be too expensive.The hike of should be base on the demand as it goes long.Must catered to all walk of life eventhough there are residential area around.Create more events n offer good deal to consumers during festive season n during school holiday.Will comment more as I will be there again.tqvm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I only review bad service, so so environment, not delicious food and unreasonably priced food, service or products...and it’s all my personal preferences.
No proper signage leading to the I-CITY CONVENTION CENTRE. The place looks old and in dirty and bad condition. Complicated entrance even for people who has a driver! What about people who wants to park?
When it’s time for lunch, look at the queue and the food is not even ready to be served!
Luckily today is not such a hot day as we are having lunch outside the hall with no air conditioning or even a fan!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not suitable for big events. Location is considered convenient. Interior layout is a bit odd with a center pillar or column right in the middle of the ball room. Parking space should be OK.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very spacious for all outlets esp FNB, the nice part is lighting at night, others than that not much special, accessible by grab, HV variety pharmacy around, supermkt, FNB.Affected since covid no so much ppl around n HV a lot empty space
