★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was not good at all. Workers are unfriendly. The food is also not good compared to other branch. My dakgalbi was a bit burnt. The dumpling is also nothing special. The table is greasy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service, workers are very rude, slow and playful. For example, we ask properly they give answer rudely, one table 3 - 4 workers clean and also play phone a lot. Highly recommend not to come here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited today's restaurant. I use it regular before,, but I certainly haven't visited for months before. I didn't like the taste and the attitude of the staff. However, I was impressed by the hard work and improved taste and service of two young Koreans who were replaced this time. I received the old taste and service again. There are many bad reviews, so I log in and write down the reviews. If you visit, you will be able to see a different side of you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im planning on havin iftar with my friends today and did booked for our reservation. I buat reservation by call but the waitress said that kena pm on whatsapp. So i did it. i pm on whatsapp awal gila . like around 8 and no reply. i text again around 11. baru dia reply tu pun reply at 1pm ! but thats okay at least dapat booked and dia noticed right? okay so dah nak iftar around 6.30 i datang . suddenly my name was NOT on the list. Guess what? not a single person came up to me and say sorry or smtg. The pekerja was like rude and nak tunjuk serabut depan i. I stoll manage to stay calm and still waiting for an apologise . sampai i balik there’s no staff yg say sorry. Dahla masa i tunggu dia buat serabut depan i tu, diorang sidai i dengan kawan i lama. not saying a single word!! okay next point, i nak mintak tapau ( bungkuskan ) cuz ada makanan tak habis. kitorang mintak elok ii tau. the staff dengan muka macam nak marah or smtg ( muka tak puas ) datang and just grab the food laju ii like memang macam marah. idk la marah kat siapa kan but IF dia marah about something personal, please be more professional, we’re the customer who just trying to eat here. For sure will not repeat this Mr Dakgalbi ( Aeon bandaraya melaka ) until i get the apologies or any reply from the manager or staff. It was so rude and disrespectful to treat a customers like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always loved eating here ever since it's opened but lately the staff has little to no manners. I went in just now and two waitresses gave no responds to our questions and needs whether it's a yes or no. Just silence, there is even no eye contact. They made sour faces too. They cooked with such roughness that the oil hit one of my daughters. I didn't finished my meal so i asked to take out. Usually they'll pack the food for us but today one of the lady absentmindedly threw the containers and plastic on the table as if she's in a hurry but she just went to the front of the restaurant. She told us to package the food ourselves in a rude. I feel like there's a lot of people who aren't satisfied with the staff but don't have the push to speak out. However, my thanks will go to the nice Bangladeshi who showed manners when serving us. I hope the ladies will learn manners from him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bit pricy but suitable with the portion. I really like the chicken especially creamy onion — chicken from korean brand Chicken Plus. Usually the owner will serve but this time there are a lot of local staffs. Need more training on them as the way they stir the wok is too much. The oil splash onto my cloth, the tissue and everywhere on the table which why I only gave 4 stars. Need to improve on customer service for locals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was really unappetizing. The rice they cook for me taste like burn and the mozzarella was hard and the ramen use regular noodles. The sauce the use not for me maybe that taste is not my cup of tea but if you guys are want to taste it then go. The mandu i really recommend it not to buy. The service was really slow
