I'm not sure if the owner purposedly hired bunch of lazy staffs. Apparently all staffs are lazy doing their own thing and don't really mind about the customer coming in. We were there and nobody entertain us until we call one of them. I think we were some sort of visible I guess. I told the staff that I want a pink iron and the staff straight away answer that it is sold out when the fact I can find the pink one. We bought few items and it was pretty heavy. The guy who sit at the entrance just don't bother to help us or even remove the penghadang. Maybe train your staff to smile, making eye contact, greet the customer and say thanks would be enough if you are lazy. Luckily it's during mco, if not I would drive miles away to other shops for better customer servicing experience.

He takes time to explain their product, helping me to keep my purchased item, because my house is not ready until end of the month. He also arrange shipment on time and reply message very fast.. Satisfy for his service, thanks for helping. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible after sales services. Get back to tbm dpulze cyber. And the guy told me nowadays there is not good quality product. Bought a stand houm fans. Rm200+ last for few years, terrible bad quality. Understand 1year warranty, but the quality is just so bad. Please dont get this product from tbm. And the attitude of service guy is funny, feel like i bought this fan and deserve it. Shame on tbm

My 1 year old samsung tv failed and Nazmi from TBM DPULZE helped me sort out all through the calling customer service samsung/ following up with service center and all the way to the delivery of my replacement tv!!! Thank you Nazmi!! Super awesome service! Now i buy all my appliances from TBM! ❤️❤️❤️ And after suffering 2 months with no tv, i got my replacement 1 day earlier than estimated! TQ ??? if i can give 10 stars, i give 10 stars!!! ??????????
