★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Typical Secret Recipe. Great cakes, and just OK food. The food is cooked in a central kitchen, and some dishes (especially the paste) are not meant to be reheated and served to customers and sold at a premium price point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered 2 slices of cakes. 1 is cheesecake and chicolate fudge. Asked them to write a Happy Birthday wishes , she doesn’t even give us to write on a piece of paper just saying it. Coming back home with disappointment after open the box and look at the cake. Did not received chocolate fudge but other cake and the cheesecake birthday wishes written with ugly green icing and bad spelling due to not providing us to give a proper written birthday wishes. Rush to the store AGAIN just to change that cake. She did not even say sorry just smile. The cheesecake has fallen apart because of we rushing just to change the cake that we received wrong and ugly. We are rushing because the store close at 10pm. We rush to the store at 9pm after arrived at home at look at the cake. The person who handle it doesn’t look friendly. Not a good f&b worker. She’s wearing black shirt. Supervisor i think? Please do something. We are not turning into wild animal when we want to change to the cake but If other customer with that attitude? How can you do that mistake. Unpathetic respond for us as customer. Did you not train to say sorry if you did a mistake? We are very dissapointed. We have to go back to the store after arriving home just to change the cake we bought and it was a mistake of the worker. Really dissapointed. Am not going to buy at secret recipe DPULZE again ?

Gave me 1 more bad service and wait for it!

I don’t mind service ppl not smiling or greet customers, but please do not make faces in front of customers. It makes you look a lot uglier than you already are. Two female staff. I don’t remember their names and I’d rather not.

This is not the first comment of this nature. Has anything been done from your side? It’s pathetic. There are a lot of jobless people out there looking for jobs and these are the best peoples you could hire?
Please do something. Either teach them some manners or hire new staff with manners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ staffs are so disappointing...two female staffs were rude in the way they spoke...this is third time i m experencing...piece of cake is so thin which is not acceptable for the money (chocolate odessey).It would be a great help if the staffs treat customers in a good way...
