β β β β β Saw baby's cockroach coming out of the small stove n another cockroach is also on the chair n waitress just say sorry,looks like they need to be trained how to handle customer complaints. N I saw some comments that have the same experience.
Please do improvement. Otherwise alot people will be disappointed n think again to come back.

β β β β β Worst food ever - everything is not fresh and my chicken Katsu tasted hard and bad. Go to sushi tei next door or just eat at the food court.
The sashimi is sliced so thin that it is diagnosed with Anorexia.

β β β β β I remember coming to this place about 3-4 years back - maybe longer. And it was fairly okay. But coming back today to the quality of the food and service was utter disappointment.
1. After I was done with my order I asked for daikon oroshi, as per my usual request in every Japanese restaurant. The waiter brought me βsomeβ daikon oroshi but it was so little that I was dumbfounded. And it was badly grated. I then requested from the manager for more, he returned with yet another pathetic amount. Speechless.
The manager then proceeded to sneaker away with his waitress.
2. Quality of food; both taste and presentation was a disaster. Sashimi doesnβt seem fresh and the mentai sauce they use - honestly, for the price Iβm paying - I expected better. Itβs those bright pink ones that you get at pasar malam sushi kiosk. Sushi Mentai would have been 1000 times better.
3. Quantity of food.. sashimi was so thin. And for a plate of edamame costing at 6.80, I expected better quality and quantity.
Please - if you do not want to ruin your dining experience or Japanese food dining mood, DO NOT EVER COME HERE.
Itβs not worth it for the price.

β β β β β This is the example of a restaurant that trying to make profit a lot of after MCO but deliver so little when it comes to the taste and quality and service.
And lacking of cleanliness on there sushi counter is a turn-off too. If you could not clean that stainless in front of your sushi counter, how much more dirty is it around the back prep counter??? Just look at the picture I attached.
It's pity that we supported this restaurant during MCO where we could only have a take away and the food taste better than now.
Aside from food taste the service is bad too. I have to wait 30 minutes for my order while my husband already got his order.

β β β β β Well, it's not my first time eating here but not sure if I'll come again. But it's not to say the food isn't nice. It's tasty enough to enjoy the ones that I ordered. Which was chicken katsu with wasabi mayonnaise sauce. I was surprised with the sauce, quite blended together with their chicken. But other than, nothing super special. But if you got no other Japanese restaurants you wanna go to, this can be an option if want to satisfy cravings.
