β β β β β Today 24/12/2020. I'm having dinner with colleagues. Soon we finished the dinners we saw the pamphlet of application for membership which is required to show the current receipt and pay RM 99 for the voucher and get a free membership. I slowly spoken with the counter staff and the reply is kinda rude. I said I am interested to apply for the membership which is reply I got is "we are closing.." at 9.35pm today and I didn't manage to get anything. I know they were busy that time but at least give me the forms so I can fill it quickly. Asking the confirmation of the procedure like 3 times..But No.. instead I got a reply like I was a nuisance. Its not their close time yet so I should make a report to their HQ. the last words they gave to me that I need to have another dinner at the same place either tomorrow or another day then they will assist me..Horrible customer service..I'm truly devastated with this kind of experience that I go through today. But the food is good.

β β β β β weirdest chicken katsu don ever. if u expect the usual crispy fried chicken with rice, think again. chicken was topped with an egg which made the chicken soggy and wet. the egg was badly cooked too, like it was just cracked onto a pan, stirred, then dumped onto the chicken. the onions and mushroom which were in the egg were completely raw. ?

β β β β β Slow service. Ordered 3 items from the menu, only 1 arrived (they mixed up the order). And there is nothing but a fried salmon on the conveyor belt.

β β β β β Good place for lunch, friendly staff, food was value for money. The Saba set (only from 11am - 3pm, weekdays exclude PH) was beyond the price !! The fish was fresh, tempura cook to perfection and who can resist chicken karaage. I know i can't ! No harm to try this restaurant chain out.

β β β β β Sushi looks good ,but the quality not so good. Tuna was very old and smelly. Send it back. They replaced with a new fresher tuna. But was frozen still. Better than old. Sushi rice like playdough. Sad .. better options near by in the mall.

β β β β β One of my favourite Japanese foods spots! They have very fresh Sashimi, many varieties of choices of foods, good foods presentations and the reasonable price! Not just that, the overall cleanliness, service and ambient is good too!
