Highly recommended for anyone who likes thick pork broth! Ordered a large bowl of Yokohama ramen with shoyu soup base. Normal saltiness, normal chicken oil level, normal noodles hardness and that’s all I need for a perfect combo! Smelled and tasted so porky when I took in my first sip of soup! In love with it ever since. Super intense pork flavour with a hint of shoyu’s saltiness. Highly recommended! 家系最高!

Recommended by a colleague and indeed their Ramen didn't disappoint. I opt for the spicy soup based and the taste is great. You can choose from 2 types of Ramen (thick or thin) and adjust the liking of chicken oil ??? to the hardness of the Ramen itself. I shall be back ?

Tried the ajitama ramen with soy sauce soup, and it was great!! Flavourful, not too salty, and the thick noodles were nice and firm (suited my preference). Visited on a weekend so the place was quiet, plenty of parking. The only downside is the whole shop smells very greasy, not super inviting because you’ll also end up smelling like oil…

So good I dreamt about it later after eating it that day. Loveeee the fact that you can customise not only the noodle's thickness and harness, but also the soup's taste and oil levels. Went for thin noodles and normal everything else. I could actually finish my soup without gagging from over-oiliness that other rich ramen soups tend to have AND still enjoy super rich flavours. Given that each bowl is only around the 20+ range...it is absolutely worth it. Will come back 100%! If I were to nitpick, I would say the meat slices could have been thicker. But it was still a very satisfying bowl of ramen nonetheless.

Ordered the original flavor and spicy one. The large has two portions of noodles, good enough for two small eaters. I prefer the ori broth as you can taste the authentic flavors of the broth as the spicy one has overshadowed the umami taste. Also, the broth is too little. At the end I don’t have enough broth to go with the noodles. Kaarage was oily, perhaps we didn’t eat it instantly hence the batter were all soaked in oil and falling apart. Gyoza was really good, done right and it is very juicy inside, recommended. Fish skin was mediocre. Overall would return for a simple meal here. As compared to Menya Shishido, it’s different, this has milder flavors imo. Pros: no queue. It’s located next to 7-11 upstairs.

Located in an office tower. Look for the Starbucks. Uncommonly cold reception at this ramen chain store from Yokohama. Spacious interior with an interesting 'gazebo' in the middle. Interestingly, the ramen customization includes percentage of chicken oil. Tried the chashumen with normal noodle thickness. The noodles have a firm texture, and the chashu is nice, but was really thin. Broth is cloudy and thick, but not quite to my liking. Also tried the abura soba (dry soba in oil) with curry. Nothing special there. There are no condiments at the table, so you need to request for everything. The garlic is in paste form, which is quite different from other ramen shops. GrabPay accepted.

Tried the salt based and spicy tonkatsu broth with thick noodles. They put quail eggs by default in every bowl and spinach (non traditional). Can customise the broth, and noodle texture. The broth for the spicy one was a bit too thick and creamy for my liking even tho I requested for it to be “Normal” !My partner got the hard texture for his noodles but not much difference to my normal one lol. Char siew isnt even really your typical char siew, it just tastes like a thinly sliced pork belly that you eat in shabu shabu/steamboat. Thick noodles tasted similar to yellow mee. Prices are around rm24+ to 30+ per bowl which is affordable! Theres a stamp card for when you earn a stamp for every ramen bowl purchased. Free water here. Service was also good ??

Very flavourful tonkotsu style ramen with chewy yellow ramen as compared to Hakata style noodles. They allow for a fair amount of customisation, you can choose thick or thin noodles, the firmness of the noodles, the strength of the stock, and the amount of chicken oil. Overall a very satisfying bowl of ramen. The fried chicken and gyoza were also quite good
