★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Face problems for thier defects but always delay.. Almost 2 months after fill in defects form.. Ask the management, always say will keep chasing but I see they are ignoring only or just reply for entertaining with no friendly at all.. Company are listed company, these kind of service are given.. Company should improved thier staff attitude.. Looking for others better after sales service..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great development- so close to Airport yet no noise issues! Fantastic facilities at your doorstep- wet market, food court, shops, etc. The pool is amazing I can just imagine swimming to the 'infinity' edge and looking out over the airport!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place. Quite near to the Penang international airport, just take about 5 - 10 minutes to reach there. There are also have a lot of facilities such as yoga room, zen tea room, meeting room, adult games room, study room, swimming pool, gym, ping pong room, art room..... There is a mini market at ground floor. It is easy to find food because many restaurants around the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Facility here was plenty. They gave game room for ping pong and dart game. Children room is available as well. They have 2 pools - adult and children. The unit is quite spacious, I believe it's quoted at a 800sqft. 3 bedroom - 2 is ok, 1 is small. 2 toilets - the toilet outside master bedroom have no water pipe outlet available. Overall satisfied living here :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend was staying there newly , I'm going to visit his new house but the worst situation I meet is phone connection is no line at all!! , Lack of parking space , a beautiful view condo with this problems , is too worst !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice apartment with forest air, cooler than town area but the location is far from town, it is at Bayan Lepas, Southern Penang near airport. It has many amenities - few minimarket, cloth washing shop at the apartment itself.The bus will not be able to take you there, one need a car to move around if stay at this apartment.
