★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do not take the service from this company. So irresponsible, I made a booking and the maid did not come for the day and after hours only the maid herself text me that she can only come the next day… then the next day came and no one replied my text and the maid disappeared… have to wait until the third day which the new maid reached late… then the company is only focused on getting the payment… real disappointment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They use outsource maids and they are not even responsible. For them is about money and not doing ethical business. I was not happy as it was not their in house maid and during covid we all are paticular that the cleaner did not even do home test kit when she came as it was not their company requirements. I immediately sent her back and they agreed to give me a refund but as usual had to beg from 170 for 5 hrs they only refunded 100 saying my bos will talk n till now no calls. I never write reviews but honestly please be aware of this company before you use their services in future. Understand their terms and conditions although they dont have 1 please ask before engaging their cleaning services in future.
