★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Renting a night for rm220 on the 13th floor.. Aircon not strong in the day time. The sofa is dusty n quite worn out. Small cockraches and red ants are sharing the room too. Disadvantages is that one must go out to have your meal unlike Atria or Tropicana service Apt.Very inconvenient to cook for the micro wave is spoilt . Anyway its worthy for budget travellers to rent for it can accommodate 8 pax

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its location is convenient because it is near 3 Damansara mall. It has a 7-11 downstairs, and there is a bar a few steps away. You can walk to TTDI, mrt station for less than 15 mins, and you can also take a bus, T816 to Phileo Damansara MRT station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a quiet comfortable building for young families, couples, retired. There are a variety of sized units to suit even singles.
The small but clean gym and pool are suitable for regular exercise.
Close to the local mall, but far enough away to give peace and quiet.
Unfortunately in one corner of the building is a terrible noise problem that management and committee are not fixing up. Many residents have been annoyed off and on for years by at least one selfish neighbour yet those in charge do not want to take control of the situation. Recommend to approach this building with caution, and have enough money to hire a lawyer.
