So so happy with the results as even the apple service centre mentioned it cannot be repaired and will need a 1-1 exchange. Appreciate their great service, thank you.

β β β β β Very responsive and quick reply. Knowledgeable on things that I've ask and providing solution. Usually can get it fix within a day or 2 but given that my macbook 16 inch is not too common, seller manage to order and get it fix within a week. A week earlier compare to wat they have quoted 12 to 15 days. It is also quoted me a very reasonable price. Did my survey and research calling every repair shop and nothing beats this shop on the price range. Definitely highly recommended.
