★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service from nurse. Doctor ok but Nurse very rude and unprofessional. Abuse patient Mental and check phone patient without permission (worry PT complaint to other). Guard knew everthing happened but cant do anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Supporting staff are not trained to work in private setting that especially focus on customer service and hospitality.
The specialist is superb nevertheless.
If you go for the treatment this may be the place, but if you want both treatment and ambiance (for the throusands of ringgit you pay) perhaps you can find another place.

Careless nurses lead to heavy bleeding on my grandmother, and doctors scolded us because we didnt inform about the bleeding but actually the nurses did not tell the doctors about this.
And rules about no male guardian can stay overnight for first class ward? I can understand if its the sharing ward but my grandma's ward is her alone, why no male guardian allowed at night to stay back for first class ward? This is so cruel for women who have small kids and babies at home but need to stay back because of this rule . Who on earth the director of this hospital that allow this rule to be applied? I suppose one who clever enough can think of the relevance of this issue. Please
Doctors called specialists but unprofessional enough to not inform the family on any procedures they carried out on patient (my grandmother). Treating my grandmother like an experiment dolls, heavy bleeding after carry out the procedure and dare to not meet the family after he make that mistake.
I am furious enough. Hope some people with serious heath issues avoid this hospital. So unprofessional. Even the nurses are not behaving in professional way.
Please fix this culture. Hope to see better Public Hospitals in Malaysia.
