★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been wanting to try this fish soup for a while and finally I get to do it today. I have the Chef’s recommended broth (招牌) which is the creamy cheese soup with grouper fish (石斑鱼)slices.
The creamy cheese broth was pretty good and I can definitely taste the cheese. Quite an interesting experience tasting cheese in your traditional Asian fish soup. The fish slices were fresh but one complain, the portion was a bit too small for my appetite (I’m not a big eater by the way). They have the option of fried fish or poached fish as well. Price point was acceptable considering the quality of the fish chosen.
