★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cozy place to have indian-arabic food, the staff was very friendly and always asked for your requirement. Mandi and Kabsa rice, chicken or mutton very tasty and delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place: air conditioned restaurant with seats catered towards groups of 8 to 10 per table. Food is fairly expensive compared to mamak, but taste is more authentic as it is Arab based. Free WiFi is a plus point here (password=19191919).
Service: could have been faster, but still helpful overall and tried their best to explain to me a 1st timer here. Thank u for the effort. Love that they're all wearing the same uniform.
Food:
1) Lamb Mandy (RM32): what stood out for me in this dish was the tenderness of the lamb. It was just exquisite. Though the "sauce" provided was a light based salsa type sauce, however, what it lacked was a thick sauce base. Outwardly, it was dry. A sauce i.e. curry or rendang sauce would make it perfect. Even after asking for their chicken curry, it was watery. Verdict: i liked the lamb, but it could be improved with a better sauce.
2) Ayam tandoori ¼ (RM9.90): wow I loved this dish!! The flavour, the richness of the herbs used, the tenderness of the chicken meat, and the charr that's just right on the outside, makes this an unforgettable experience. Verdict: recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time visiting this restaurant with my friends. Ordered hummus as an appetizer. Its served with olive oil and bread. The taste is refreshing but lacked the beany flavour. We still prefer this dish at Tarbush . For the dum mutton briyani rice was authentic. However, the spices were exquisite,a but overpowering the mutton flavour. If the meat is more succulent, it will be perfect.
In addition, my favorite paneer taste ok but not amazing. I didn't order masala tea or lassi today, I tried the fruity soda drinks, which were surprisingly good. We will order again next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rare Arabian cuisine in Johor Bahru, Taman Eko Botanik. Food are superb, tasty and come in big portion. However, price are premium. 2 person spent close to RM100. The food quality absolutely worth the price. Will definitely revisit for other dishes.

Restaurant was clean and washroom cleanliness was mall level. Don’t forget to try out their tandoori masala tea. I’ll definitely return again. Thank you to the owner and crew of this place. ???
