★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time having Pokebowl. It's definitely a healthier choice of food that is on trend now.
The Pokebowl here is delicious and you are able to customise your pokebowl, choose the main, sauce and side dishes by filling in a form and hand over to the waiter.
Love the wasabi sauce.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed with my first experience here. I ordered a bagel with avacado + scrambled eggs and cream cheese, but the cream cheese was almost non-existent! Confronted your staff, but they gave me a "it is what it is" attitude. Not to mention there was a 6% service charge that i had to pay for a service that i am not happy with. I couldn't even finish or enjoy the RM20 bagel because it was too dry?

The place is clean, decorated in a contemporary fresh and simple decor, with inviting neon that is not out of place.
The menus are comprehensive and easy to follow and the build your own menu works perfectly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was hoping that I would have a wonderful lunch meal this afternoon, I was so disappointed on the service. The chili flakes was too much for a person and I don’t think this is a normal portion. I confronted the waitress and told the waitress about the situation. The waitress then apologized to me. But I heard the waitress’s colleague asked about why should they served another cup of water to me ( the water is too hot btw). I was shocked at the moment and I don’t feel quite happy for the service. I believe that will be a mistake for every person, but then we should know how to solve the problems and communicate well with the customers.
I don’t think I will be coming back again for another meal. BAD EXPERIENCE ??
