★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strong aroma of Chinese wine from the get go when the bowl of bee hoon is served. Generous with the ginger too. But the soup had little bits of charred egg which imparted bitterness to the otherwise very delicious soup. And the environment is not conducive for a sweat inducing dish like this. Unless you like saunas.
