★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Masih ada kelemahan utk pengguna berkerusi roda utk masuk ke pejabat imigresen temerloh. Utk,masuk ke sana ada 2 pintu y mempunyai lantai yang agak bertingkat dan tidak mesra pengguna berkerusi roda.
There are still disadvantages for wheelchair users to enter the Temerloh immigration office. To get in there there are 2 doors y have a fairly multi -storey floor and are not wheelchair user friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya sampai tepat pukul 8 pagi.Staf dikaunter bagus dan perform tapi penyelia kt belakang mkn2 dan seronok sgt berlama2. Saya tgu utk buat byrn hampir setengah jam, belum lagi menunggu paspot siap .staf kt kaunter serba salah. Saya pun govt serv. Sila profesional wpun anda pegawai. Kita mudahkan urusan orang, Allah mudahkan urusan kita. ingat lah.
I arrived exactly at 8 am. The staff at the counter was nice and performed, but the supervisor was behind me and it was a lot of fun. I waited for almost half an hour, not to mention waiting for the passport to be ready. The staff at the counter was wrong. I am also a govt serv. Please professional wpun you officers. We simplify people's affairs, God simplifies our affairs. Remember.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is pleasant to be in, airconditioned with plenty of seats in the waiting area. Service is quick and efficient. Friendly staff and also a canteen nearby. Light snacks at reasonable prices are available in the waiting area.

My Appointment 10am until 11am
I am start waiting at 9am. Until 12.30 no one inform me. And then I go counter ask again. They told me "makan time", all stop!!!!! U come back by 2pm. What ur said??? Do u know I am very far go there???
What the fuck the service???!! Really like a shit!!!! Kl better here!!!!
